Recent Appearance: Talking Privacy with Donna Scimia

December 22, 2009 · Posted in Appearances, privacy

Earlier this month, I stopped by “Taming the Cubicle Jungle,” a public-access show out of Pleasantville, N.Y. hosted by Donna Scimia. We talked about workplace privacy issues — everything from online shopping while at work to how companies monitor your online time to social media to phishing.

Many of the things I told her boil down to one simple credo, if you will: “If you want something kept private and secure, don’t do it at work.”

You can watch the entire half hour appearance online here.
