RECENT EVENTS

On Feb. 18, 2010, Jacqueline was in sunny Phoenix for the American Bar Association Health Law Section’s 11th Annual Conference on Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law. She led a discussion with Ice Miller LLP’s Christopher S. Sears on the “Legal Implications of Employee Wellness Programs.”

Recent Interviews:

Jacqueline was the guest on a July 22, 2009 episode of WSTC-AM’s (Connecticut) Live! With Lisa Radio, hosted by Lisa Wexler. The discussion was focused on the Freedom of Information Act — Jacqueline comes on around the 17-minute mark of the show.

On January 15, 2008, Jacqueline Klosek, along with Lynn Barr, Deborah Birnbach, Agnes Bundy Scanlan and David Goldstone delivered a webinar entitlled, New Data Security Regulations Reach Beyond State Lines. Jacqueline appeared on the Kid Carson Show on The Beat 94.5 FM in Vancouver, Canada on Wednesday, March 21st. She discussed privacy rights in the employment context.

She was a panelist on “Internal Investigations and Compliance With Transnational Data Flow Rules” at the Second Law and Information Society organized by Fordham University’s Center on Law and Information Policy in New York from May 29-30, 2008.

Jacqueline moderated a panel on online international negotiations at the 2008 Spring Meeting of the American Bar Association’s Section on International Law, held from April 1 to 5, 2008 at the Grand Hyatt in New York, NY.

Jacqueline spoke on record retention and data security at the 2008 Securities Compliance Seminar of the Financial Markets Association from April 30 - May 2, 2008 at the
Gallery One Fort Lauderdale Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
