On Feb. 18, 2010, Jacqueline was in sunny Phoenix for the American Bar Association Health Law Section’s 11th Annual Conference on Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law. She led a discussion with Ice Miller LLP’s Christopher S. Sears on the “Legal Implications of Employee Wellness Programs.”

Recent Interviews:
Jacqueline was the guest on a July 22, 2009 episode of WSTC-AM’s (Connecticut) Live! With Lisa Radio, hosted by Lisa Wexler. The discussion was focused on the Freedom of Information Act — Jacqueline comes on around the 17-minute mark of the show.
On January 15, 2008, Jacqueline Klosek, along with Lynn Barr, Deborah Birnbach, Agnes Bundy Scanlan and David Goldstone delivered a webinar entitlled, New Data Security Regulations Reach Beyond State Lines.
